LINQToTwitter & Streaming API

How do I access streaming API data using LINQToTwitter? Thanks.

You can find running examples in the downloadable source code, in the LinqToTwitterDemo project, StreamingDemos.cs. Here's the documentation:

Is it possible to use streaming API without authentication?

All APIs (since Twitter API v1.1) require authentication - both REST and streaming.

I mean without needing user permission. Like the way we can access Public tweets.
