May I see an example of your query?

/// <summary> /// get new tweets /// </summary> /// <returns></returns> internal List<Twitter.Status> GetUserTimeLine() { var queryResponse = from tweet in _twitterContext.Status where tweet.Type == Twitter.StatusType.Home orderby tweet.CreatedAt ascending select tweet; return queryResponse.ToList(); }

       public TweetPane(Twitter.Status tweet)
       {
            InitializeComponent();
            Tweet = tweet;
            richTextBoxMessage.Text = tweet.Text;
            labelCreated.Text = tweet.CreatedAt.ToString();
            labelUserName.Text = tweet.User.Name;
            pictureBoxImage.Image =  WebImages[tweet.User.ProfileImageUrlHttps];
            linklabelFavorite.Enabled = !tweet.Favorited;
            linkLabelRetweet.Enabled = !tweet.Retweeted;
       }

tweet.Favorited and tweet.Retweeted is always false.

I see what you're seeing after performing a similar query. I also went to the Twitter Website and found this:

https://dev.twitter.com/issues/532

Please subscribe to the issue as it lets Twitter know how many people are interested in it.

That's cool - I added you as a Related Project on the main page and on my Links page: http://linqtotwitter.codeplex.com/wikipage?title=Services%2c%20Sites%2c%20and%20Software%20that%20Use%20LINQ%20to%20Twitter.
