StartAsync is NOT Running Async

Feb 22, 2014 at 3:17 PM

I used Streaming APIs, but most processes seem running on current thread.

I saw source code. Much Task.Result is called on current thread in TwitterExecute.QueryTwitterStreamAsync.

This is a problem, isn't it?

Thank you,

Hi AviSynth1 and Joe

What old project that is!
Now I am not using that library, but I still think it is hard to parse StreamContent. And now the parsing library differs from what LinqToTwitter's was at the time when I created that library.

Excuse me for my digression. And thank you, Joe.

Thanks for catching this, I just checked in a fix for it.

I opened an issue to add a stream parser to LINQ to Twitter. I'll probably be adding support for it gradually as I have time.
