Problema Resolvido setando UseCompression = false, o erro era quando o componente tentava descomprimir o dado, isso resolveu por enquanto.

SingleUserAuthorizer _authorizer = new SingleUserAuthorizer
                    Credentials = new SingleUserInMemoryCredentials
                        ConsumerKey = _servico.Aplicativo.OAuthSettings.ConsumerKey,
                        ConsumerSecret = _servico.Aplicativo.OAuthSettings.ConsumerSecret,
                        TwitterAccessToken = _servico.Aplicativo.OAuthSettings.AccessToken.AccessToken,
                        TwitterAccessTokenSecret = _servico.Aplicativo.OAuthSettings.AccessToken.AccessTokenSecret
                    UseCompression = false

This is a very important comment, Thank you very much fmanzatto.

I was getting almost 20% malformed Tweets on the Filter firehose. Turning off UseCompression (now it's called SupportsCompression) gave me 100% valid tweets.
