LinqToTwitter multiple user authorization

I replied on SO, but have further elaboration. You won't see anything in Fiddler because LINQ to Twitter doesn't make a request if it already contains all 4 tokens. This is a convenience where the user doesn't need to authorize your application for every Twitter query. That said, there's probably opportunities to workflow improvement in this scenario. I'll have to think through it so as not to affect users that have existing code that depends on the current behavior. You might also want to derive from ICredentialStore or SessionStateCredentialStore with a more convenient abstraction than setting OAuthToken and OAuthTokenSecret to null in your algorithm.
