OAuth is a little different in that there isn't a concept of logging in and out. Rather, it's a process of a user authorizing your application to operate on their behalf. If a user no longer wants your application to be authorized, they visit their settings on Twitter and remove your application. That said, if you wanted to get the user to authorize you numerous times, you could have a log off process that removes their tokens from your system. That way, the authorizer won't have the user tokens on the next visit and LINQ to Twitter would take the user through the authorization process again to give your application permission to interact with Twitter on their behalf. My guess is that in most cases, that wouldn't be necessary because your application is probably still in their authorized list in Twitter settings.
