Simple need. Not understanding OAuth

Here's my need:

1) Verify a user is following me

2) Getting a list of their last X statuses.

3) This must be done via ASP.NET

4) Authentication must be from MY account. I don't want to require them to authorize/allow

I figure all this should be doable using my own login and thus there is no need to have them authorize. I was able to get a WinForms prototype working with my account based on the sample using DesktopOAuth.

So Steps 1 and 2 are essentially done.

My problem is that I can't get it to Authenticate when it's run via ASP.NET. The whole concept of OAuth is not clicking with me and the simple username/password isn't working either.

Can someone please post a small example of how I can authorize the requests using my own login information (either username/pass or explicit usage of tokens for Oauth that do not require user intervention)?
