Rate Limit Headers

It looks like they're returning these in all lowercase rather than as X-Rate-Limit-Remaining which is what you have in the constants in TwitterContext.cs. This is causing a miss in the hash lookup functions (GetResponseHeaderAs___, etc.).

Made the headers dictionary case-insensitive
