Implemented List API Enhancements

Twitter has introduced a new List URL format.  While the URL format, in itself, doesn't affect the LINQ to Twitter developer, various parameter changes do.  For example, The List APIs allow you to specify both a UserID and ScreenName.  They also differentiate between the subject user and the user who owns a List via OwnerID and OwnerScreenName.  For a period of time, Twitter will continue to honor the old list format, which is supported in the current release (v2.0.20) of LINQ to Twitter.

The latest changes to LINQ to Twitter are documented in Managing Lists.  These changes will be available in the next release, but the source code with examples is currently downloadable via ChangeSet 88593.
